Our lemon & dill sauce blends fish stock, aromatic white wine, and fragrant dill with a splash of lemon juice and butter for a silky finish. This zesty pour-over sauce is an easy way to elevate your fish pies and prawn dishes.

Cooking Instructions - General. Take care when removing hot liquids from microwave.
Guide for one pack only. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Ambient. - Empty contents into a saucepan.
- Heat gently, stirring occasionally.
- Do not boil.; Microwave - From Ambient. 750W, 1 min, 30 secs
900W, 1 min, 10 secs
- Tear pouch along the top, place in the microwave.
- Cook on high (100%).
- After heating, leave to stand for 2 mins.
