Keep Refrigerated; Not Suitable for Home Freezing

This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Needs cooking. Remove all packaging. Heat 10ml of oil in pan.
Place fish in pan, skin side down.
Cook over a medium heat.
Turn once. Remove fish from pan.
Add butter to pan. Spoon fully melted butter over fish and serve.
Do not reheat.
