Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.; Multiple - From Chilled. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 11 mins, 30 secs
- Remove all packaging.
- Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Place fish in a pan, skin side down and cook for 5 mins over a medium heat, add a knob of butter to the pan, turn the fish and continue cooking for a further 30 secs until the butter is melted.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins.
