Grill - From Chilled. Needs Cooking

- Preheat grill to medium
- Remove all packaging. Pat the fish dry on both sides, drizzle with 1 tsp. (5ml) of oil and season with salt and pepper
- Place fish on a baking tray, under a medium grill
- Cook for 12 mins
- Allow to stand for 2 mins
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.
