Made using durum wheat, this authentic Italian pasta can be used to make homemade mac and cheese for the entire family to enjoy. Just mix with your favourite blend of melted cheese and season to finish. Cook over the hob for seven to nine minutes. Serves 6.

Add 80g of pasta per person to a pan of boiling water, and boil gently.
Do not cover the pan. Drain and return pasta to pan.
