Made using Italian wheat and air-dried in the Italian Alps by the Felicetti family, this classic bow-tie pasta is great paired with pesto, spinach and pine nuts. Simply cook over the hob for 10 to 12 minutes. . Serves 6.

Hob - From Ambient. 9-11 mins
Add 80g of pasta per person to a pan of boiling water, and boil gently.
Do not cover the pan.
Drain and return pasta to pan.
