Made using Italian wheat and a bronze die, this classic Italian pasta is made by the Felicetti family in the Italian Alps. Perfect paired with homemade sauces and a variety of seafood. Simply cook over the hob for eight to ten minutes. Suitable for vegans. Serves 6.

Add 80g of pasta per person to a pan of boiling water, and boil gently. Do not cover the pan. Drain and return pasta to pan.
