Authentic Italian pasta, made & air dried in the Italian Alps by the Felicetti family, using select
Italian wheat & a bronze die for a rough texture that picks up every drop of sauce.

Naturally rich in fibre, this Spaghetti pasta is made using Italian whole wheat by the Felicetti family and air-dried in the Italian Alps. Add to a traditional tomato sauce and finish with grated cheese for a full flavour. Cook over the hob for ten to twelve minutes. Serves 6.

Hob - From Ambient. 9-11 Mins
Add 80g of pasta per person to a pan of boiling water, and boil gently. Do not cover the pan. Drain and return pasta to pan.
