M&S Made In Italy Ricotta, Porcini & Truffle Mezzelune

Egg pasta parcels filled with ricotta cheese, porcini mushrooms and truffle. Boil in lightly salted water for just four minutes. Finish this dish by seasoning with butter, olive oil or your favourite sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan for an authentic Italian meal. Serves 2.
