A Traditional Recipe, the Italian Soffritto Base is Slow Cooked with the Finest Italian Mascarpone Cheese

A pasta sauce made with a soffritto of onions and carrots simmered with Italian tomatoes, finished with extra virgin olive oil and mascarpone cheese. Heat gently over the stove and add to your favourite pasta. Serves 2.

For Best Before End, see rim of lid. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 days.

Shake well before use.

Hob - From Ambient. Heat contents gently in a saucepan, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
