We use a natural source of Vitamin D that is produced by yeast, which is why you will find ‘yeast’ on our list of ingredients, not because we use it as part of the dough making process.

Dreadful

Dry bread that has nothing to recommend it. I had two slices and the rest went in the bin.

Almost as good as the old Genius version

Since Genius changed their recipe (now awful) Ive been buying this in bulk. It doesnt go soggy when toasted . Almost as good as the original version of Genius seeded.

Better than most

This is a good quality loaf which can easily be eaten fresh or toasted. I personally don't think you'd know it was gluten free if you weren't told. I've only given it 4 stars as there are a lot of not-so healthy ingredients in it so not as good as some of the premium brands like Amisa but much better than other own brands and the ones you can buy in most supermarkets

Claggy and sweet

I cant remember if this loaf has always been this way, but having used a more clean expensive brand, and returned to this, Ive found it inedible. Its sweet! Why? Claggy, gloopy texture - yuk! It stuck to my teeth even after toasting it. Full of additives and egg! Its tastes overwhelmingly processed. I think M&S have lost sight on this product.

Packaging not fit for purpose

Yellow seal does not stick together properly and the bread arrives open, falling out into the shopping bag.
