Can be chewy
Usually GF pasta is nicer than wheat pasta, but not this one. Despite lots of cooking, some of the pasta sheets turned out very chewy - too tough to cut with a knife. Other sheets were fine. Taste was OK but texture very variable.
Have tried making lasagne with these sheets twice now. The top sheets seem to curl up and crisp, and are overly chewy. Sheets in middle of lasagne are ok. Only recently buying GF, so can't compare with other lasagne at the moment.
these sheets cooked well, they were soft enough to slice for serving & to eat. The flavour & texture were good - I had forgotten to mention that it was gf & it went unnoticed.
they feel a bit gritty and then get a little stuck round your teeth. wouldn't get again unless no other option.
