Italian free-range egg pasta parcels filled with a delicious blend of prosciutto, mortadella and ricotta cheese. Boil in lightly salted water for just two minutes. Gluten free. Serves 2.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once opened, consume within 3 days.

Gently drain pasta when cooked and toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favourite sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Boil - From Frozen. 3 mins
Remove all packaging. Bring to the boil 1 3/4 litres (3 pints) of lightly salted water in a large saucepan, add pasta and return to a gentle boil.; Boil - From Chilled. 2 mins
