Roast potatoes
5-10 mins
Preheat oven. Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces.
Place into a pan of cold water and bring to the boil.
Drain.
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 40-50 mins
Shake to roughen surface. Preheat some oil in a roasting tin. Spread potatoes evenly in roasting tin and baste. Roast uncovered. Turn once during cooking or until golden.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 40-50 mins
