Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking.
Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 10 mins
- Preheat grill to high.
- Place sauce sachet and parsley to one side. Wash hands thoroughly after handling the sachet.
- Pat the fish dry on both sides. Drizzle the skin with 1 tsp. (5ml) of oil. Place fish on a lightly oiled baking tray, skin side up, and place under a high grill.
- Cook for 10 mins.
- In the final 1 min of the cooking, add the parsley to the top of the fish to heat through.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins.
- Place the sauce sachet in a mug/jug of boiling water for 3-4 mins to heat through.
- Empty the sachet on a warm plate, top with the fish. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8 mins
- Preheat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Place sauce sachet and parsley to one side. Wash hands thoroughly after handling the sachet.
- Pat the fish dry on both sides. Place fish skin side down in the pan.
- Cook for 7 mins on a medium heat. Turn the fish (skin side up), add the parsley to the pan and cook for a further 1 min.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins.
- While the fish cooks, place the sauce sachet in a mug/jug of boiling water for 3-4 mins to heat through.
- Empty the sachet on a warm plate, top with the parsley, followed by the fish

For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0℃ to +5℃. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
