Focaccia bread made using a slowly fermented dough before topping with mixed roasted vegetables, green pesto, mozzarella cheese and parsley and baking in a stonebed oven for a distinct crispy crust. Bake in the oven for nine to eleven minutes. Serves 5.

Preheat oven.

Allow to stand for 1 min.
