Recipe Suggestion
Chicken Curry - Serves 4
You Will Need
2 tbsp oil, 1 onion, peeled & diced
2 garlic cloves, peeled & crushed
400g chicken breast, diced
6 tsp medium roasted curry powder
400ml can coconut milk
Method
1. Heat the oil, cook the onions & garlic for 10 mins or until soft & golden.
2. Increase heat & add the chicken, sprinkle on the curry powder & cook for a further 3 mins until the chicken has started to colour, stirring occasionally.
3. Add coconut milk, bring to the boil & turn down the heat and simmer for 20 mins.
