M&S Remarksable Mexican Rice

Get a taste of Mexico with this mildly spiced long grain rice with black turtle beans, sweetcorn and red peppers. Simply heat in the microwave for just two minutes. Serves 2.

A great side dish with any Mexican meal.

Microwave - From Ambient. Squeeze the pouch to loosen contents before cooking. Cut top of pack to make a 2cm opening and stand upright on a microwaveable plate.

900W 1 min, 30 secs
Leave to stand for 30 secs and be careful to avoid steam. Pour onto a plate and fluff the rice with a fork. Check that rice is hot before serving.
Do not reheat.
