This kit contains 12 corn tacos, 1 sachet of spice mix and 1 sachet of mild salsa. Simply load with 500g lean minced beef. Ready in 10 minutes. Serves 4.

Why not try… adding a bit more zing with a drizzle of sour cream and a dollop of fresh guacamole topped off with a sprinkling of cheese and lettuce. Or for a veggie option, fill with a fresh salsa of cooked kidney or black beans, chopped red onion, tomato, peppers, avocado coriander and lime juice.

Step 1 To Cook
Beef Tacos
1 tbsp. Oil
500g Lean minced beef
1 Taco kit
Heat the oil in a large frying pan on medium to high heat. Add the beef mince & fry for 3-4 mins.
Sprinkle over the spice mix, stir & continue cooking until the minced beef is cooked
Step 2 It's Warming Up
Warm up the taco shells in the microwave by heating on full power for 1 min per 12 taco shells or put the taco shells open end down on a baking sheet & heat in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas 6 for 2-3 mins. Keep them covered & warm until you are ready to fill them
Step 3 Fill Them Up
Spoon the minced beef into the warmed taco shells & top with a dollop of the salsa to finish... Enjoy!
