M&S Mezzelune Pasta with Prawns, Tomato, Chilli

Italian free-range egg pasta parcels filled with chilli marinated prawns, mozzarella cheese, garlic and roasted tomato. Boil over the hob in lightly salted water for four minutes. Gently drain when cooked, toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favourite sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serves 2.
