Recipe Suggestion
Coronation Chicken - Serves 4
You Will Need
100ml mayonnaise, 100ml crème fraîche
6 tsp mild roasted curry powder
2 heaped tbsp mango chutney
400g cooked, shredded chicken breast
Method
1. Mix the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, curry powder & mango chutney together, crushing any large mango chunks.
2. Add the cooked chicken & mix well.
3. Season to taste with salt.
