Recipes

Whip 40g of M&S west country double cream and gently fold through 40g M&S summer fruits compote. Using a teaspoon, spoon the mixture on to the flat surface of a mini meringue and sandwich to the flat surface of a second mini meringue. Repeat until all mini meringues are sandwiches together.
Decant a tub of cream into a pretty bowl. Hull a punnet of sweet strawberries and place these in another bowl, sprinkling over 2 tsps sugar and 2 tsps balsamic vinegar. Allow guests to help themselves to spoonfuls of steeped strawberries, cream and mini meringues.
