900W 2 mins, 30 secs
Remove sleeve. Pierce film.
Cook on high (100%).
Stir thoroughly after cooking.
Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 25 mins
Tray not suitable for oven reheat
Preheat oven. Decant into an ovenproof dish. Cover with foil. Stir thoroughly.
