Carving
1. Using a sharp carving knife and fork, lift the turkey crown onto a chopping board -keep the juices in the foil tray for gravy making.
2. Ensure the turkey crown neck is facing you and start carving. Cut into 5mm thick long slices across the stuffing and breast meat until you reach the wishbone.
3. Repeat on the other side.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Time shown on price weight label
Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5
Needs cooking
- Preheat oven
- Remove outer packaging, keep product in foil tray with ovenable pad
- Cover with foil
- Place on baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Cook for the time indicated on the label on front of pack, basting occasionally
- Remove foil for the last 30 minutes
- Once cooked, check that the turkey is piping hot throughout and juices run clear
- Leave to rest for 15-30 mins then remove stuffing and bacon before carving to serve
Do not reheat.
Serving
Once cooked, delicious hot or cold.

For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Defrost - 30 hours - in a refrigerator
