Cooking guidelines

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Remove all packaging.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 17 mins
Preheat oven. Line a baking tray with foil. Place fish on foil and season with salt and pepper.; Poach - From Chilled. 5 mins
Preheat enough water/milk to cover fish in a saucepan. Once simmering add fish. Remove from liquid with a slotted spoon. Do not reheat.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 7 mins
Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Turn once during cooking.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
