Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Remove product from packaging.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 25 mins
- Preheat oven.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Loosely wrap the fillet and a knob of butter in foil to form a parcel and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
- Cook for 25 mins.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8 mins
- Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat
- Reduce the heat to medium and place fish in a pan and cook for 4 mins over a medium heat
- Turn and cook for a further 2 mins.
- Melt a knob of butter in the pan and continue to cook for a further 2 mins, baste regularly with the foaming butter.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins
