Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 25-30 mins
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging, place chicken breast portions on a baking tray, spreading evenly
- Brush product with a little oil or melted butter
- Season with salt and pepper
- Check that the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 20-25 mins
- Remove all packaging, heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat
- Add the chicken to the pan, turn occasionally
- Season with salt and pepper
- Check that the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving

Storage suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze.
