Cooking Instructions - General. Handling raw poultry safely: this product contains raw poultry. Do not wash. Must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray. Brush product with a little oil or melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 20-25 mins
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Turn occasionally.

Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze.
