Juicy chicken

Used these in a yellow curry soup. they weren't slimy like a lot of mass produced chicken and were nice and firm, and didn't seem like they had been pumped full of water

Roast them slowly in the oven

I bought two packs, firstly tried these in the air fryer and they were tough and chewy, so cooked the second pack in the oven low and slow with fresh herbs, lemon and garlic they came out gorgeous, I'll definitely be buying them regularly from now on. Great affordable price and lots of meat on the drummers. Definitely recommend
