- Remove all packaging, heat a little oil in a frying pan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fry over a medium heat.
- Turn occasionally.
- Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Once cooked, check that the chicken is piping hot throughout and juices run clear.
