Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging.
Place defrosted portions on a baking tray.
Brush product with a little oil or melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and cook in the middle of the oven.
Check the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.

very good
excellent size and taste, lovely when cooked in the slow cooker
4 thighs!
What an absolute rip-off and not the advertised product size.
Big thighs
Luckily Ive only had good bags of these thighs, nice and big and easy to remove the skin and bone. Slow cooking these works really well
Got only 4 thighs, half the advertised weight
Im fed up with getting deliveries every week that include spoilt goods, and minimal weights, and tiny fruit & veg on fixed prices But this one takes the biscuit. 4 small chicken thighs, only 653 grams, literally half the weight it should be. I know ocado are excellent at refunding dud goods, and Im grateful for this. But each time this happens it means I cant do the meals Id planned, and Im left with random remaining ingredients that I wouldnt have bought, which is a waste of money and a big stress. Fed up.
Excellent and great value
I cook these in various ways for my husband who says they are very good. Ive used them marinated in teriyaki and also in casseroles and stews and he really likes them. They are all a good size and are excellent value for money. Plus, they are very handy to have in the freezer. A regular purchase.
Consistently good
Not sure about the other review saying they are rubbery! I buy these regularly and use to make chicken curry or casserole and they're always lovely. Always useful to have a pack in the freezer.
