Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

OVEN 40 mins per kg + 30 mins ELECTRIC 200˚C / FAN 180˚C / GAS 6 Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place chicken in a roasting tin. Season with salt and pepper. Refer to cook time on front of pack. Check chicken during cooking and cover with foil if necessary to prevent excessive browning. Check the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Leave to stand for 10 mins before carving. This product is raw and must be cooked. Serve with or without skin as required. Do not reheat.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw poultry safely: this product contains raw poultry. Do not wash. Must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Roasting tin will contain hot liquid after cooking.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 40 mins per kg + 30 mins

Suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze.
