Carving
1. Using a sharp carving knife and fork, lift turkey crown onto a chopping board - keep the juices in the foil tray for gravy making.
2. Ensure the turkey crown widest part is facing towards you. Remove whole breast by cutting around the breast bone.
3. Cut straight 1cm thick slices across the breast.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling Raw Poultry Safely: This product contains raw poultry. Must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Wash hands after handling raw poultry.

Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4
- Remove from refrigerator 1 hour prior to cooking
- Preheat oven
- Remove sleeve and film. Do not remove ovenable pad or foil tray. Place sauce sachet to one side
- Cover loosely with foil and place on a baking tray
- Cook for the time indicated on the label on front of pack, basting regularly
- Remove foil 30 mins before end of cooking time to allow turkey to brown
- Pour glaze over for the final 5 mins of cooking time
- Cover with foil and allow to stand for 40 mins before carving
- Pour over juice prior to serving
Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat.

Once cooked, delicious hot or cold.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Defrost - 48 hours - in a refrigerator
