Slow cooked turkey thigh marinated in garlic, thyme, parsley, salt and pepperall served with a rich turkey gravy. Delicious served with roast potatoes and all the trimmings. Oven cooks for 65 minutes. Serves 4.

Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

Simply finish in the oven & serve with our rich turkey gravy.

This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours). This product must be cooked before consumption.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs Cooking
Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7, 50 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging and place gravy sachet to one side
- Transfer the turkey thigh skin side up and juices into the foil tray provided
- Lightly oil a piece of foil and loosely cover the turkey thigh before placing on the middle shelf of the oven
- Cook for 30 mins
- Remove from oven and discard foil
- Drain the cooking juices and retain for later
- Return to oven and cook for a further 20 mins
- Remove from oven and rest for 10 mins before serving
- Heat the gravy in a saucepan and add some of the retained cooking juices to deliver desired consistency
- Place the turkey thigh on a carving board. Using 2 forks shred all the meat and skin
- Remove the thigh bone and soft cartilage before serving
- Do not reheat.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately.
Defrost thoroughly before use.
