Carving
1. Using a sharp carving knife and fork, lift the turkey crown onto a chopping board - keep the juices left in the foil tray for gravy making.
2. Ensure the turkey crown neck is facing you and start carving. Cut into 5mm thick long slices across the breast meat until you reach the wishbone.
3. Repeat on other side.

Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.

Chef's Tips
For gravy, pour the leftover juices into frying pan and place over a medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of cranberry sauce to the juices and allow to simmer for 5 mins.
Serving
Once cooked, delicious hot or cold.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4
Needs cooking
- Please remove from refrigerator for 1 hour prior to cooking.
- Preheat oven.
- Remove sleeve and film. Do not remove ovenable pad or foil tray.
- Brush with butter and season with salt and pepper. Cover loosely with foil and place on a baking tray.
- Cook for the time indicated on the label on front of pack, basting regularly.
- Remove foil 30 mins before end of cooking time to allow turkey to brown.
- Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout. Cover with foil and allow to stand for 40 mins before carving.
- Pour over juice prior to serving.
Do not reheat.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Defrost - 48 hours - in a refrigerator.

Safety Warning:
To avoid danger of suffocation, keep this wrapper away from babies and small children. Roasting tin will contain hot liquid after cooking.
