Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 50 mins
Needs Cooking
- Please remove from refrigerator for 1 hour prior to cooking
- Preheat oven
- Remove sleeve and film. Do not remove ovenable pad or foil tray
- Place foil tray on baking tray on middle shelf of oven, basting occasionally
- Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout.
- Cover with foil and allow to stand for 20 mins before carving
- Remove poultry bands to carve
Do not reheat.
