Cook on high (100%). Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Place directly into the microwave. Remove film and stir thoroughly. Allow to stand for 1 min. Guide for one pack only.
Hob- 5-10 mins. Heat gently. Stir occasionally. Do not boil. Do not reheat.
