Mild and delicate okra. Wash before use, trim stalks, cut as desired and steam, pan-fry or roast.

Cooking Instructions - General. Wash before use. Remove all packaging.
Dry and trim stalks.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Roast
Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 10 mins
Preheat oven. Place the okra onto an oiled baking tray. Place tray on middle shelf and roast for 10 mins. Season to taste. Serve immediately.; Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Cut as desired. Heat 10ml of oil in a wok or frying pan. Add okra and cook for 6 mins, stirring continuously. Season to taste. Serve immediately.; Steam - From Ambient. Cut as desired. Steam over boiling water for 5 mins, or until tender. Drain and serve. Ideal for thickening sauces and soups.
