Has potential
This bread has potential to be really special. It needs olives and toms inside the bread as well as on top to make it really nice! (Like Gail’s bread does)

Great Focaccia
Heated in the air fryer, nice and crispy on the outside , toppings didnt burn and nice and olive oily which quite a few just arent. Delicious!

delicious
not too sweet, which I find a problem with these 'designer' breads. Plenty o flavours without being too invasive
