Our 12 Heritage Gold pork meatballs are made with just 5 ingredients: British pork, onions, water, black pepper and salt. This puts the flavour focus on the meat, supported by gentle sweetness from the onions and a simply seasoned finish. Brown in a pan for a caramelised outside, then simmer in a tomato-based sauce and serve with fresh pasta of your choice. They also work well when glazed with a sticky BBQ-style coating before oven-roasting and serving with steamed veg.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 12 mins 180°C
- Based on a 1700W fryer with a max basket of 3.8L
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove all packaging, spread evenly in the air fryer basket in a single layer ensuring even spread
- Program to cook for 12 mins, turn halfway through cooking time
- Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving
