Organically farmed, Scottish salmon fillets. Simply season and pan-fry for 14 to 16 minutes. Source of protein and Omega-3. Two per pack.

Instructions

Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.
Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 17 mins
Electic 190°C
Fan 170°C
Gas 5
Preheat oven. Dot with butter and season with salt and pepper. Wrap product loosely in foil. Place on a baking tray.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 10-12 mins
Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place skin side down and turn once during cooking.

Suitable for Freezing.
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months.
Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Was a favourite

I have been buying M&S Organic salmon every week quite delicious, but recently been given tail pieces instead of nice centre pieces therefore I have stopped buying it, tail pieces are ok for fish pie or curry, and should be less expensive. I will start to buy it again if they change back to decent slices hopefully, I do hope Ocado informs M&S of this problem.

Good, but...

So Ocado have delisted yet another premium product (Ocado organic salmon fillets), along wirh their organic kale, plus Bol pots, to name but a few of our weekly purchases. Can't get Ocado organic chicken breasts currently either, so maybe they're also on their way out?? These fillets are fine. Tho out of stock this week and we still find the bones in each pack. We're paying several pounds more per pack for these privileges and that's mounting up for a family of 4. Do I need to start looking at other delivery companies after all these years...?

Not as expected

Tried a couple of times .. size ok, no bones, but probably not very fresh as having strong fishy smell.
