M&S Organic British Chicken Thigh Fillets

Fresh, Class A skinless and boneless chicken thigh fillets, sourced from organic chicken farms in the UK. The birds forage freely and are slowly grown to reach full maturity, giving depth of flavour and optimum tenderness. Simply season and pan-fry or bake in the oven.

M&S Organic is produced with fewer pesticides, no artificial colours or preservatives, no routine use of antibiotics, and no genetically modified ingredients or manufactured herbicides.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within three months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray. Brush product with a little oil or melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 25-30 mins; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 20-25 mins
Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add product. Fry over a medium heat. Turn occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
