Organic British lamb leg steaks. Simply oil, season and pan-fry or grill. Two per pack.

Produced in the UK with M&S assured organic lamb from farms in the UK

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

There may be a slight aroma on opening, which will not affect the quality or flavour of this product.

Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging.
Rest for 5 mins before serving.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. Medium 10-12 mins
Well done 12-15 mins
Oil and season product and place under a preheated Medium grill. Turn halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium 6-8 mins
Well done 8-11 mins
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a High heat and season product.
Fry for 2 mins, turn over, reduce heat to Medium and turn occasionally until cooked.
