For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
The size of these chops will naturally vary, cooking instructions are approximate. Remove packaging.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. Medium 8-11 mins
Well done 11-16 mins
Oil and season product and place under a preheated medium grill. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest for 5 mins before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium 6-12 mins
Well done 8-14 mins
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat and season product. Fry for 2 mins, turn over, reduce heat to medium and turn occasionally until cooked. Rest for 5 mins before serving.
