For Use By, see front of pack. Once opened, use immediately. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 140°C, Fan 120°C, Gas 2, 3-4 hours
Needs cooking
Remove packaging and preheat oven. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Season meat and brown in frying pan. Place in a casserole dish. Add diced vegetables (carrots, celery, onion) to the frying pan and soften. Place into the casserole dish on top of beef. Add approximately 500ml stock or sauce and seasoning. Cover with foil and place in the oven. Cook for 3-4 hours.
Do not reheat.
