Fresh, Class A skinless chicken breast fillets, sourced from British organic farms. The birds forage freely and are slowly grown to reach full maturity, giving depth of flavour and tenderness. Season with salt & pepper and pan-fry or bake in the oven. Four per pack.

Instructions
Oven cook - From Ambient. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25-30 mins Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap loosely in foil. Place on baking tray. Place on oven shelf. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and juices run clear before serving. Do not reheat

Good value compared to the two pack, you can always freeze half for next week if you don't want chicken twice in the same week. Good dates and is always of good quality. Never had any issues with it being chewwy or tough like a couple of the other reviewers have mentioned.
Just seen in the news that all M&S chicken is slower reared so relieved and happy that I buy it. We should all take more interest in how our food is produced as its the right thing to do for the animals and environment but it also affects our health what we eat as well.
I switched to organic recently and in terms of chicken I will never go back. No slime or foul smells and no nasty white lines. The breasts can be hit and miss with size sometimes you get quite decent and evenly sized and other times very small. Its not a huge issue and definitely worth compromising on for quality. I buy weekly and have never had an issue with chewiness. Always tender and juicy no matter what method they are cooked by.
