good chicken

This was good chicken! Slightly firmer and a little light on the bone but thats quite normal for organic chicken I find and its a good price in comparison to other organic chicken brands.

very bony

You buy mostly bones , there is just a little if meat . I wouldnt recommend.

Horrible flavour and texture. Very poor quality.

We salvaged little bits of the chicken that were bearable but, the flavour is like really cheap chicken. A lot of its got the texture of inedible jelly and theres very little meat on the drumsticks despite the initial impressions. Not value for money. We bought more than one pack for a family get together, so its not that we were unlucky with one pack. Suffice to say we wont be buying it again.

Price not as indicated

Said it's £5.25 and when you get the receipt they've charged you £7.85. Customer service says price estimated per weight...umm the weight was 500g for £5.25 and 500g is what I got but they refuse to refund the difference. Never expected such underhandedness from Ocado.
