For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months.
Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw poultry safely: this product contains raw poultry. Do not wash. Must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 35-40 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on baking tray. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and juices run clear before serving.
Do not reheat.
