Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8-10 mins Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add product. Fry over a medium heat. Turn occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat.

I marinaded these in olive oil, white wine vinegar, thyme and salt and pepper for over three hours. Then I griddled them, only took 3 minutes on one side and two on the other. I'm on my own and I had some with a salad and jacket potato and there was enough left for a chicken sandwich the next day. The taste was so good. I know they're expensive but I thought the flavour was worth the money. I've ordered them again.
