Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.

Rare 2-3 mins
Medium 3-6 mins
- Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking, lightly oil and season steak
- Preheat a dry pan on high
- Place steak into dry pan, turn halfway through cooking
- Rest for 5 mins before serving
Do not reheat.
